Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)
Few infrastructure and development projects avoid undesirable effects on the environment. EIA is a fundamental requirement for planning consent for major projects and is an important procedure for investigating the full potential effects of a development on the environment.
TEC work closely with all stakeholders to ensure the process is carried out in a systematic, holistic and multidisciplinary way.
